The Girl has recently begun to use superlatives. I am, apparently, the "bestest mom" she has ever had. After pointing out that I am the only mom she has ever had, she claimed I am the "bestest and the onlyest mom" she ever had. Orneriest is more like it, but I don't think she quite gets my humor. Last night's superlative-filled love fest had to take the cake. And I quote:
"You are the bestest mom with the bestest boobs ever."
You hear that insecurities? Huh? I AM THE BESTEST. AND SO ARE MY BOOBS! So boo-ya, low self-esteem. And take a hike doubt. There's a new sheriff in town. And her boobs rock.
