I love Berkeley. I love San Francisco. I even love parts of Oakland. However, I am soooo glad I don't live there anymore. Rain. Poor or non-existent parking. Too many people. Dirty sidewalks. Aside from that, I heart the Bay Area.
Our trip was wonderful but too short. We saw loads of friends and their kids and/or cats, ate at my two favorite places and went to a wedding. The Girl was on her best behavior and charmed everyone.
More later. I am just too soaked from preschool drop-off to write coherently. Damn rain followed us from up North. Must make a chai and bagel.
