For the second-straight week, I lost 3.8 pounds on Weight Watchers. Not bad since I was at the in-law's house for three nights. Steak as big as my head, plus a baked potato, plus a side of leftover lasagna, plus corn, plus salad, plus sourdough bread. And don't forget the angelfood cake and fresh strawberries for dessert. I think dessert was the least caloric.

All in all, WW is going well. I don't eat enough vegetables. I could use all my points on crappy junk food and would still lose weight according to how the plan is set up - a flaw in my opinion. So I'll try to eat more veggies this week. Maybe even try to eat 2 servings a day... might be pushing it though.
