FUN ON FRIDAY THE 13TH

So, what did you do on Friday the 13th? Well I got that beat. I went to a funeral. He was my dad's cousin's husband and I had the honor of representing our family since it was nearby. As I do at all weddings and funerals, especially when I am cycling (and I don't mean on a bike, idiot), I cried. Why doesn't Benefit's Get Bent mascara come in waterproof? Thankfully my obligation was fulfilled by attending the Catholic burial mass and I didn't have to go to the graveside service. And yes, after 20+ years away from the church, I still know all the prayers by heart.
