Week three of WW saw a 1.2 lb loss. Not bad since I didn't track a frickin thing all week and ate out a bunch. I even ate Panda Express orange chicken the night before I weighed in. So 8.8 pounds have been lost in three weeks. I know I have to change my eating habits. I know it is a health issue as well as a mental thing. But damn, I really like McDonald's fries, regular Coke and cakes of all kinds. Onward...
